I correct people's grammar in my head, when I talk to them.

i HATE when people respond to a debate with a critique of your grammar rather than addressing the point you made. it just makes me assume they don't have a response to the actual point. f**k DAT YO

I've gotten better about it. I used to be infinitely more anal.

Not really, because usually I'm the one making grammar mistakes.

I have pretty good punctuation.
Some times as a joke I'll chatspeak.
Or not use spaces. xD
But that's only sometimes. :3

It annoys me when people talk like that, period.

Same here, except I'm lenient on grammar (since I live in the south in a severely redneck school). It's not so much grammar for me as spelling and punctuation. It's not hard to press the apostrophe. It's RIGHT NEXT to your pinky finger. Home row. C'mon.

If anything, living in the south has caused me to be less tolerant. I've been here all my life, so I hold them to the same grammatical standards as I do myself. Lack of culture is no excuse.

Really? I guess I just gave up. I can't fix the way everyone talks. So I just let it be. I still mentally fix everything they say XD.gif

Well yeah, that's generally how it goes. Still it makes me angry.
