when i hit view new posts and i see all these threads marked as new... only to realize that they are all pointless shit from the sandbox. also they are threads like "what are you wearing right now", "what are you listening to right now". it's so disappointing, because like who honestly gives a shit? who is like "OMFG I HAVE TO SEE WHAT THAT NEW REPLY SAYS"?

i hate when that happens, i get excited to read real replies.

it's crazy how some people hit new posts and some go to specific forums. that's why i never care when people talk about subforums being too much work, i never go there. i just hit view new posts so i can look through everything at once.

I hate it when I click something, and then it ends up being from the sandbox and it's just some pointless spam, but I guess that's what the sandbox is for I guess. I click view new posts more than I click on "today's active topics." I never even knew that existed till someone pointed it out to me lol. I sometimes see a few quality posts here and there throughout the day when I'm online though. _smile.gif

I wish I could, like, block threads so that I don't have to see it whenever I click, "View New Posts." It saves so much time and energy and searching by having all of the updated threads in a list altogether.

I'm more of a random searcher. I used to hit the new posts button all the time, but I can't emotionally handle a bumped poll being at the top of the new post list without a new post to go along with it.

It's too depressing. I'm getting choked up just thinking about it.

Old av/sig = love. And I agree with this.

I used to use it a lot, but I don't really anymore.. I just go straight to the Lounge now, then around the other forums in the CC. Then on to the RC.
But if there is something new in feedback/announcements, I go there first.

disappointing? What's disappointing is when you're masturbating and you come too early when you want to keep going, and you're like, damn what a waste of an afternoon.

when i hit view new posts and i see all these threads marked as new... only to realize that they are all pointless shit from the sandbox. also they are threads like "what are you wearing right now", "what are you listening to right now". it's so disappointing, because like who honestly gives a shit? .

i do!
when i see people talkin shit about it it makes me wonder why are there some people on here that hate the sandbox, its just another subforum!

holy crap, i never clicked that. i feel like i've been missing out.

Ahhh same! I mean, I've noticed it but never bothered to click it.

.. Unlike on deviantArt, where I'd had a active account there for over a year and NEVER knew there was a chat system thing. Never ever noticed the "Chat" tab at the top or anything mellow.gif
