I've been told i sleepwalk but i dont really believe it. My mum told me that once i got up and came out at 3 a.m when my she was getting her "early morning coffee"( tongue.gif ) . She told me to go back to bed and I went and lay down in the bath tub huh.gif . She lift me up out of the tub and told me to go to my bed, and thats when she realized i sleepwalk.

I have a friend who sleeptalks, and you can actually hold a full on conversation with him. Once i was coming back from the toilet and he yelled "You can't do that!!" i just froze and was like "Can't do what?"
He then started talking about swimming huh.gif And we talked for like 10 mins and then all of a sudden he fell silent.

My cousin sings in her sleep, and she sing really well. We once got a radio and turned it on near her head (we turned the volume right down) and she started singing that song laugh.gif it was really funny

Have you been told you do something in your sleep??
Or do you know someone who does something in their sleep??

Isn't it bad to wake someone up while they're sleepwalking?

I don't think so. My friends have done it to me all the time, I'm just confused upon awakening.

I've heard that it's not a good idea to wake a 'walker because of the confusion felt afterward. I think I've sleepwalked a few times (I was getting dressed for school in the middle of the night, wandered downstairs and frightened the whole house into thinking someone was breaking in) but aside from that, I'm a sleep-shouter.

Hahahaha

I used to sleep walk when I was a kid. It worried my mom a lot because I would go outside. I grew out of it though and when I was Kindergarten I was pretty much over it. I'm really quiet when I sleep, so I've been told. My friends all tell me that I don't snore shrug.gif I have a friend who talks in her sleep, too. It's weird.

HAHAHA. Amen. I wish I could sleepwalk. Consciously. If that makes sense. I think I've only sleep-walked once when I was little. I peed on the stairs. blink.gif

I've sleptwalk (?) a few times. Once, I was getting ready for school at three in the morning. My dad found me sleeping upright on the sofa with my toothbrush (with toothpaste on it) on the coffee table nearby.

Um, in the past my mom has claimed that I talk in my sleep.
But I think this only happens when I'm half-asleep, slightly aware that I'm awake, and towards the end of a dream.

That's all. Nothing cool like sleep-walking and laying in a bathtub. ermm.gif

I don't do anything irregular when I sleep. I do know that some nights I am a wild sleeper, and other nights I won't move it all. I am also a very light sleeper, and when I say light, I mean LIGHT! Another thing is that I have to sleep in a room that is blacked out.

Apparently I've sleepwalked once. I went out into the living room and was looking for something. It was when my grandmother was staying with my family, so she had to lead me back to my bed. Haha.

ROFL. I used to do that, but that was long time ago. Hahah. I'd wake myself up from random shouts, and I'd be like wtf!? And then go back to sleep.

I guess I'm a sleep-whisperer now.

And Jane, don't worry - I twitch and fart too.

i don't kick much, but if you're in the same bed as me you'll either end up being /my/ bed, or getting pushed off. unless it's a guy, of course...i never really understood this one. laugh.gif

Yeah they are. When I was kid, I slept 4 to a bed with my cousins and at least 2 of ways would end up on the floor by morning. It was like fighting a battle in your sleep.

I've always talked in my sleep. When I was a kid I used to speak clearly and I could carry a conversation, but now I just mumble.

I used to sleep walk and talk when I was younger. It used to freak out my parents a lot. Like I'd say things like, "No, don't take my giraffe... you can't have it..." and other random things. Or I'd wake up in the living room on the floor or the couch, but I don't do any of that anymore.

I used to roll off the bed, too. It's amazing that I never injured myself by falling on anything laugh.gif

LOL I have a fear of sleep walking. It's weird. I'm always scared I'll go randomly walk off the edge of a cliff or something. (...Because cliffs abound in New York.)

ive just been camping with my mates, and i found out that one of them sleep talks, one yells in his sleep, and one punched the other in his sleep. We were 6 ppl to a 4 person tent (it was a bit crowded, but at least i never got cold :S), i was sleeping next to my mate Matt and when started to talk to me...he would just start reminiscening(!?spelling!?) about things he did as a child 5 mins past and i realized he was a sleep, but he was still talking and answering my questions.
i told him the next day when we were alone and he was totally shocked at how much he told me (some of those things he hasn't told anyone except his twin brother) he was all shakey, i told him that it was ok and i wouldn't tell anyone.
