Ok, I admit that I haven't had nearly the amount of caffeine I ought to have had, but I'm not sure I understand your problem.

Either way, I'm going to go ahead and move this over to the Webmasters' Corner to see if we can't get you some help (once you clarify).

Well, it still has your credits on this - but if you've specified in any Terms that your layouts are specifically for Myspace and that you forbid redesign, I'd send them a polite but firm email quoting your terms and wishes.

Along the same lines as what Sarah said, the person who used your layout altered the code but didn't remove your image. However, he/she obviously couldn't figure out how to keep the image map, so your link is NOT intact. I would recommend contacting the person who's using that layout and ask them to credit you for the design of the layout - I wouldn't worry about it past that.

I've had people take my code from my layouts and just alter the images, but I'm happy as long as my credit remains there. I know my graphics sucked, so I'm just glad to see that the layouts are of some use. :)

Hopefully this person speaks/understands English ^^;. Just email them about the issue, saying that you don't appreciate their editing of your layout without your permission. Don't be harsh, though; after all, they still left your watermark.

Sometimes it's a better idea to email the person responsible, rather than going directly to the host. Often enough, you'll recieve an email back stating that you must fax a notice of Copyright Infringment to their office (much in the way that Myspace does - I would know, ha) before they can take legally acceptable action against the copyright infringer.

Anyhoo, let us know the results - either way.

the freewebs site is just the cb source of the layout. If you look at the source you can see that.
If it was a source of an myspace profile you could get the ID off of it to get in contact with that person,...the best way to deal with this is what i told before contact freewebs or use up that person bandwidth.
