Hiya =D Maybe you should go look at the tutorials that we have and such ^_^ But anyways yea a layout is hard to make, you need a certan image/graphic making program and you need some html skills and such. Wel anyways welcome and have fun. hopefully your questions will be answered

how to create a layout? with skills and with a nice pain program. you gotta know some basic html and know how to uss the css sheet. |

you should think of a theme first, then use a program to make the background. as just_dream said, we have tutorials. welcome to cB.

bon chance on making a layout, just follow what these nice people said... and if that doesnt work you can always feel free to use one of createblog's skins.
