I made a thread about Peanut Butter a while back. I like PB... it has protein and fiber and the right kinds of fat. I just don't OD on it or anything.

I'm guilty of indulging in too much peanut butter. And tomatoes, but not together, of course.

The following is food from the Spirit of the Lord:
Peanut butter and banana sandwiches.
Peanut butter melted with chocolate as a sauce for strawberries/fruits.
Peanut butter in ice cream.
Peanut butter cookies covered with a chocolate coating.
Peanut butter cookie base with a hershey sitting on top.

I like PB at times. But never alone. Always with milk :). I always have this weird fear it's going to get stuck on the roof of my mouth.

Mmmmm, I've tried all of that except for the last one. Peanut butter is something I always have handy at home. It's so good and I eat it straight from the jar too.

That happens because the high protein content in peanut butter draws moisture from your mouth. (;

I love peanut butter! Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, omg. <3

^ I'm not sure what you're asking, exactly?

Peanut Butter Perfection = chocolate ice cream, chocolate fudge, peanut butter, and reeses peanut butter cups all swirled together.

Ooh, I was confused. Because you didn't capitalize it, I didn't know that was a name of an ice cream. I thought you were talking about Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, but just referring to it as a peanut butter cup perfection.

Definitely a great snack before gym. Because of its thickness, the protein is slowly absorbed. The best part is that it's filled with huge amounts of protein per serving :D
