A lot of people around here are trying to see how many valentines they can get.
Its getting kind of annoying. Example: A guy I liked asked me to be his Valentine, of corse I said yes. And he said "Yeahh now I have 132!" Like wtf? Why would you want 132 valentines? (He has more now) So I told him that I wasnt his valentine anymore. It gets me really mad. So Valentines officially sucks, well it sucked before, but even more so now. |

I've never taken Valentine's day that seriously, nor did I ever care about it. It's just a day where little kids give around Valentine's cards to their classmates. Maybe it's just not interesting because I don't have anyone to be with.

Anyway, I always thought it was cute seeing 5 - 8 year olds picking daisies and scribbling on a piece of paper and calling it a Valentines Day gift/card :) It's adorable hah |

I went to the store earlier and I saw those Valentine's class sets with a cards for everyone in the class and an even bigger card for the teacher. It brings back memories, I actually used to do those.

i don't like making a huge deal out of a specified day. roses and chocolate and stuffed animals just seems overwhelming. i'd rather spread it out through the whole year. |

Im guilty for doing many valentines to my loveone. We agreed to not buy each other a Valentines gifts especially since I spent a bunch of cash on his birthday only a week before. Unfortunately, not only didn't I buy his anythin, I also acted like it was an ordinary day. We had an argument & he went home early. Never again!
