okay i have a hp pavillion pc a6030n, yesterday i was stupid enough to break one of my own rules for the comp. and decided to dload a song illegally and that consquence was that i got a darn virus from it!! and norton did what it was supposed to do but it didnt do its job by fixing the problem because now i cant go to websites like myspace.com or xanga or microsoft website to find ways to fix it..basically im limited to some websites i can go to... its not the internet bc i can go on my laptop just fine. i did system recovery two times and system restore to fix it and i still cant view pgs like myspace and such....NOTHING WORKS. i wanted to see if you guys have anything i should do before i bring into the store for them to fix it.

Double check your Internet Security options, clear out all temp files and cookies - and then run a virus check using the best damn free online software there is. Housecall.
