I don't know if this is in the right section. But does anybody know where I can find a tutorial on how to do this:
 I've looked and I can't find one. Again, sorry if this is in the wrong forum.

Moved to Graphics Help.
This just looks like the designer has duplicated the image and used different blend modes and animated them in Imageready. |

there isn't a tutorial because it wasn't done with a porgram. it was done using an online photo editor called luna pic. it's called groovy, and it's under aninmation.
