Look on Cingular's website? It's between 350-450, which is not worth the money to me.

it's honestly not worth it.
and it depends where you get it, what plan, and so on.
so look at the overall price, then on provider sites.

my friend got one the day it came out. it's fine for him, but i really think it's not worth it.

Only AT&T has an official plan setup for the iPhone so you can get it there.
Of course if you know it, you could hack it to make it work for another provider....

it's $399+taxes for the phone itself, if you get it from apple.

if you already have an at&t account, it's a minimum of $20 bucks a month added to your bill for data&200 texts. you can upgrade to 1500 texts for an extra $10, and unlimited for an extra $20.

if you DON'T have an at&t account, it's $59.99 a month for 450 minutes&5000 nights and weekends. $79.99 for 900 minutes&unlimited nights and weekends. $99.99 for 1350 minutes&unlimited nights and weekends. all plans include 200 texts, unlimited data, rollover, and unlimited mobile to mobile. you can upgrade texts for the extra fees like how i explained above. -points-

oh, there's also an activation fee of $26 [i think], and you're locked into the contract for 2 years; $175 early termination fee.

but it's all up to you and what you're really using the phone for. i have one and i think it's great. no need to carry a cell phone, iPod, and a digital camera whenever i'm out. my family and i already have a familytalk plan so all we had to do is add an extra $20 to the bill, since i'm trying not to text in class anymore [new years resolution], and i like to check my myspace when i'm out. :D

and don't hack it. p: it doesn't seem worth it. plus, if apple finds out, and your phone is "bricked", they're not doing any services or replacing it or whatever since it voids your warranty.

hope i could help, and sorry for the bigass explanation above. D:

It's cool looking but that was about it for me.

^^ Not true.

I have one. I got it in October. It was $400 and since I already have a family talk plan all I had to do was add a data package.

I got the biggest package they had. Unlimited texting and internet for 40$ a month. It's actually cheaper than most phones.

The three data packages all include unlimited internet but the number of text messages varies.

I am in love with my iphone. it's very convenient.

My mom's boss gave it to her as a gift and I love it. It is already on order for me, and I am definitely stoked. Agreed that the plan is dirt cheep. I pay 75 for my play w/o internet. My mom's plan is 50 per month.

My friend paid like $20 for her iPhone.. it was basically free and then she paid $20 to get it serviced for T-Mobile or something.
