The cotton gin was a device that made picking the cotton much easier, allowing cotton production to increase ten-fold (or more).

Austin would not be bad in the least. A few hours away, but I'll be going to school in San Antonio and Michelle is going to be going to school in Austin. I'm sure we could just go there and visit UT Austin for her or something, and meet up in the same trip :)

So yeah, I'd go to Austin.

The United States Marine Corps, not the Army. But for the purpose of war; yes.

It depends where it is. NYC, Texas or Florida would be prime locations. Also, the date is a huge factor. Obviously, my family has a first dibs on me.

Now, when I get back from Iraq, different story. I'll have a couple dozen g's in my pocket, and I'm going somewhere away from Marines, Al Qaeda, Iraqis, and blistering heat to enjoy life.

The bases in Iraq are pretty up-to-date, surprisingly. It isn't like the movie Jarhead. I'll be making trips online here and there.

Not yet. I fly into Tampa this summer. My flight for Baghdad leaves from MacDill Air Force Base. I'll have a week in Tampa to, well, party. Me and Joselyn are going to chill.
