change
<div class="scroll" style="position: absolute; left:283px; top:672px; width:125px; height:63px; overflow: none;"><center>

to

<div class="scroll" style="position: absolute; left:283px; top:672px; width:125px; height:63px; overflow:auto;"><center>
does that help?

Didn't helped;
Here's a pic of the layout,what I mean exactly.
It's not that great,but...

I want two scrollboxes.One to be around the my story and one around the info.Not like one,if you get what I mean.
Also,the scrollbox of my story to be smaller,because it is a big text.
Thank you.

did you even ask permission from the designer to edit the layout?
Layout
Designer
i'm sure he would gladly help you.
you should ask a designer for permission/help before you ask questions in the forums.
