This is really cute :)
I like how it's sleek but still attractive, the only thing I can point to is that you could've done a bit more with the navigation |

I'm not a fan. The alignment - being all the way to the right - makes it look totally out of whack and the main banner image background colour is slightly darker than that of your page background colour.
The image itself is not incorporated into the layout, and the text areas seem disjointed and liable to stretch. The navigation doesn't really do this layout much justice. |
