The whole layout is off to the left and I think it would be better somewhat centered. The black text color doesn't fit to well maybe something brighter and smaller? The hover link style seems a little weird too. Overall its ok i guess. :)

It's not bad, but it's not good. Things are aligned well, and the colors are fine together, but the general style is not very impressive in any way.

I'm not to fond of the border around the background image... maybe you could make the sky black so that you wouldn't have to distinguish the image from the background color.
It's a great start, but I suggest not making really defined sections for your info - it looks really "bloggish" - try just using the color of the navigation to make it stand out instead of the background colro area. Anyways, I love moonlight, so I can't wait to see the finished product :) |

The box that the cutenews is in has a scrollbar in both directions. If it is supposed to have a scrollbar, then atleast have it colored.
The whole things is to far to the right, so I have to scroll to see the whole thing. |

Theres a scroll bar on both sides of the blog and also the alignment is off to the ..top? o_o?

you should change the color of the text for links, the white/gray on dark gray is extremely hard to read!
