I'm a junior, and seeing as how winter formal is comming up, I asked a senior to it. She's absolutely gorgeous, and I really didn't she she'd agree. Plus, she just broke up with her boyfriend.
At any rate, she said she'd go with me without any hesitation. I was shocked, as I was expecting a firm "no" because I hardly knew her anyway. She's this party girl and has tons of friends, and tons of guys like her. She's returning my calls, texting me, etc. She acts like she likes me. Does she? I don't know. She's way out of my league, why...? |

Lots of people say I am way out of John's league. I don't agree bt I used to get asked about it a lot.
I am sure she sees the good in you. If you treat her like a person and don't want to use her for sex or anything I don't really see the problem. Or, if you want to be a pessimist she could be trying to trick you so someone could dump pigs blood on you

That could be possible, they broke up last school year, so before summer. Iono, maybe a couple months now?
At any rate, I'm not expecting anything from her, I'll just do what I can to try and get her. |

 I think you're doing yourself down a bit though - if she were out of your league a popular and pretty girl would have said a firm 'no'! A lot of people told both my boyfriend and myself that I was out of his league - but I went by my own judgement and fell head over heels for him. This could be the same. |

ahhh. well i wouldn't know.
i've seen too many occasions where the girl finds herself a rebound guy, used him to get back at the ex, get back with the ex, or to help her get over the ex. to tell you the truth, i'm one of this girls that did that. i was trying to get over my ex, and i went out with this boy that i thought was cute, and he really liked me. it didn't work out between us. but i've vowed to myself, that i'm never going to do that again |
