Ok first off, I didn't want to put this in food bcuz its more about girls cutting eachother down than eating. But considering I don't have the authority to do jack, it doesn't rly matter cuz I can't do anything to stop you from moving it.
Now heres my question: Why do non-dieters/rebels/whatever the hell you want to call them cut down girls who diet so much? I mean it's like a judge city whenever they see girls who are always on diets. I mean, god forbid they ever want to actually care about themselves. But still theres no sympathy for the dieters. So why? |

Well, if they're already skinny and fit and are dieting, it's something lots of people see as unnecessary. There is a difference between adapting a healthier lifestyle and dieting...

Theres this chick at my school I eat lunch with, and the other day she had half of a peanut butter sandwich and fruit snacks. That's NOT what I call dieting; she's starving herself because "omg, i'm so fecking fat." For the record, she isn't. I skip lunch every now and then, usually because I'm not hungry, or the lunch is disgusting. Today, I opted for cheetos. ![]() |

I agree. If a girl is already skinny it is soo annoying.
Another reason is, half of these "great new diets" are completly unhealthy. My health teacher talked about this and how half of these diets are just taking things out that your body really needs to function. I don't consider starving yourself dieting... |

it really depends on what kind of diet a person's trying out. if a chick's doing atkins (possibly the dumbest thing ever) or any other fad diet... i usually just do a quick "your dinner. half vegetables, quarter protein, quarter carbs. multiple small meals to keep up your metabolism, avoid the sodium, watch your servings and calories, done deal."
fad diets are just dumb. nothing works better than the good old watch what the hell you're doing. |
