i remember when [2]nekked's xanga was #1 and Xquizit_442 was #2 and so on? what happened to the createblog topsites and ARCADE?!

Topsites was removed with CB4. For now, it's not coming back. The creator, micron, will have to reconsider it if he wants to. There were problems with the Arcade a while back and micron said he was working on it (I think) but no updates on that yet. :(
