My birthday is in December and I'm having a partyyy but I need help planning it. First of all I"m turning 15 and all my friends are or are turning 16 this year because I'm a sophomore and is it like weird that I'm younger than all my friends? Are they going to be all weirded out when I have a big 15 on the invitation or the cake has 15 candles or whatever? That's a little weird I think. But how many people should I invite? I want it to be a big fun party. My brother is a DJ so he will be DJing at my party, what should we like do? We can't all play spin the bottle and all that stuff when my brother's there, and who knows where my parents will be, probably dancing around and embarrassing me. What should it be, casual or semi-formal? What should I wear? What food/drinks should I serve? Will everyone be disappointed because there won't be any alcohol? Help meeee!

Lol. This should be your party. You should plan it.
Plan it the way you want. Your friends must be pretty lame if they will be disappointed if theres no alcohol. If you weirded out about the age thing, then just dont mention it. Just say its your birthday, and but happy birthday on the cake. If its a big party, you might want to invite a lot of people, and have a big space for people. Try to get the rents away. |

Don't worry about the age difference. It's just a year and if your friends think it's weird than.. they're weird. You guys can have fun without alcohol. As far as what to do, I don't really know what to tell you. You're brothers a DJ so he's played at some birthday parties, right? He'd probably have some good ideas. Google would too, lol. I don't suggest that you make it formal... esspecially if you're mostly having friends. I don't like formal parties with my friends...

all the cool people have alcohol at their parties, so you should get a little of that. Then put a big bowl of condoms in front of your room so that when they do get intoxicated and start feeling each other ** they can go into your room and "you know." But make sure you put another bowl for keys infront of your house so that nobody drives drunk ! and thats the perfect party. lol and you dont wanna forget the chips !.
haha just kidding. who cares if you are turning 15, that was just like me, everyone was turning 16 before i turned 15. But whatever you have money for buy it. and dont go overboard. I feel like such a waste if i spend too much money on parties. and think about how things will work, like if you are going to clear out furniture to have a dance floor or something? or like are you going to throw it in your basement? think about the party in the point of view of your guests. |
