We should have a section for politics, though this may count as as "smart section"?
 Also, has anyone else noticed the search metro function doesn't work when your browsing member profiles...Maybe it's my browser? I tried it in firefox and IE. |

Yea, the metro search isn't working.
Imo, politics is a too specific a topic to have its own forum. I suppose the Lounge or Debate would be the most appropriate forums to put them in. :P |

We have a news forum (for just plain discussion, no debate) where I assume a lot of the election coverage will get discussed, as well as other events that may or may not involve politics. Also, though, as others have said, debate and politics, at least here, are almost completely interchangeable. We could literally rename the forum and it'd still be the same thing, only named "politics" instead. A lot of the interests forums maybe don't get a lot of love, but the debate forum is pretty active. I think if you post around in there you'll find the topics of discussion you're looking for, and if not, any new discussion you'd like to have would probably fit perfectly there.
About the metro function, does Jusun know it's not working? I actually wasn't aware of the problem until this thread. =x |

^The new profile feature wasn't a part of that release, so the "browse profiles" page was a new part of this recent one.
