Does anyone know how I can fix the picture from teh link provided and make it un-blurrry?

Yeah, you really can't do much to that one... it's too blurry to begin with. |

Yes save the picture on your p.c then open that file from Adobe Photo shop...

Along with all those suggestions try duplicating the picture layer and playing with the blends to brighten it up.
