Kay soo I've been wanting that piercing, although some people think it looks unpleasant but shit I don't care.

1. I don't want to deal with my mom, is it possible to buy a jewelry that won't cling for the hell of it?
2. If I get a little piece of jewelry, will it get swollen because it's not the 'right' jewelry?
3. How can I maintain hygiene?

Come on peoplee I need your helpp

I'm pretty clueless at what kind of piercing your getting? So perhaps just explain us what kind of piercing your getting. Also how old are you?

^ mm I have to agree, I think of cartoons and when the bulls had piercings like that.

I think you should listen to your mom, I mean she has the best intentions for you in the long run. I mean do you really want that piercing later in life?

where do you live... because if its some place cold, i wouldnt recommend getting it in winter... runny nose... etc. so if you get it done now.. its gonna hurt liek a bitch probably to wipe your nose, or you could possibly get it stuck on your blanket since usually people slepe under the covers in winter (well i do)

I live in NorCal, like Bay Area.. nice point. I don't have a runny nose.. yet. So wait, let's say I take it off.. if I rub it, will it still hurt without the jewelry? o.O

You need to be eighteen to get piercings without a parent's permission, I'm pretty sure.

Also, I highly doubt that there's any non-visible septum things and you can't change it for a while once you get it. You have to keep the thing in that you got pierced with or it'll close up.

Just wait till you're eighteen...then you don't need her permission and you can do it the healthy way.

How so? I've talked to people who have it and they said it's the piercing that has the least amount of pain (when it's being done).. unless someone yachts the jewelry off or something.

I have no idea why you'd want to get something pierced and not have it be seen, but as it goes, a septum piercing is one of the easier ones to hide. All you have to do is flip it up. One of my good friends has hers pierced, and she does that when she has an interview or anything like that when she needs to look more professional.

Jeanna is really annoying. There's so many better piercings? Like what, exactly? I know so many people with piercings that would have hurt a lot more that just look awkward as f**k.

I'm just saying... it's in a sensitive area.

I'm having my belly button pierced tomorrow. C:

It's a sensitive area, sure, but my friend said it really didn't hurt that badly at all. Most places are sensitive...given that we have nerves.

I wanted to hide it IN MY HOUSE, so I wouldn't have to deal with my mom. But since I'm getting it and don't care anymore what the hell she says.. yeah.

Well whatever, it's easier than anything else, because you can flip it up.

As for the septum piercing I think its a neat idea.

1. I don't want to deal with my mom, is it possible to buy a jewelry that won't cling for the hell of it?
Cling? I'm not sure what you mean by that. Buy the normal curved bars and flip them up into your nose.
2. If I get a little piece of jewelry, will it get swollen because it's not the 'right' jewelry?
Well, considering you're not going to have two studs touching your skin and the bar is much longer than the area pierced, it should be fine.
3. How can I maintain hygiene?
Anti-bacterial soap 2x a day and sea salt soaks.
