So basically, I have had my first kiss already (it was soo bad) & have a boyfriend I like but the problem is... I don't know how to kiss.

Uh, I totally missed out during my childhood or something 'cuz I'm a total ditz when it comes to shit like this.

=/
Idenno, but is it supposed to be forced? or natural?

First kisses are always awkward. First make-out sessions are even worse. Don't worry, as you become more comfortable with each other, things won't seem as forced and strained.

People aren't born with good kissing skills. Like Olivia (aestheticYOU) said, things will become easier and more natural the longer you're with your boyfriend. _smile.gif

That's why it's a good thing you can practice with your boyfriend instead of on your hand or a pillow. laugh.gif

You've never seen any pre-pubescent teen movies have you? Where the awkward guy always tries to simulate a kiss with the back of his hand?
For the record, it really isn't possible. It's like licking your hand; Not that I've tried or anything...

No one really knows how to kiss unless they do it, and everyone does it slightly differently. Just "kiss" them. It will come to you through experience.

if your boyfriend likes you enough,
he won't care that you don't know how to?
I mean what if you practice on your hand and you become a bad kisser? that's even worse than not knowing how to kiss at all.

I'm sure he'll find it cute and let you practice on him.
I mean, i'm sure he'll like that more then knowing you're practicing on him and not your hand or teddy.
Because that would be a major blowoff.
pun. hahahahaha.

Let your boyfriend teach you! My first boyfriend knew I'd never been kissed before, and knew that I wanted him to kiss me, so he initiated everything. If he truly likes and cares about you, he'll be fine with it. thumbsup.gif

everyone makes a mess of their first kiss(es), i know i did. but it is natural, and it IS meant to be fun and not a chore, so be patient and once u get the hang you will love it =] everyone kisses differently so just let your boyfriend kiss you and follow what he does. if you do that, you cant really go wrong, and if u do, who cares? if he likes you he wont mind, especially if he knows its your first. yes it can be awkward, but you will get there. good luck =D

maybe you should grow up a little bit, take matters into your own hands, grab that boyfriend of yours & kiss him like there's no tomorrow. mellow.gif boyfriends are meant to be kissed. if he's dating you just based on how well he thinks you probably kiss than dump his ass. if he's sweet/patient/cares about you/sees the relationship lasting longer than an incredibly short while, he will 'train' you.

or my ex.

but i'm doomed.
im too scared to admit that i don't know how to .
especially since everyone i know has lost their virginity ages ago.

losing your virginity doesn't make you "cool." You shouldn't do that or feel left behind just because everybody else lost theirs. It's a big turn off for me when girls under 18 (in high school) lose their virginity in a SHORT term relationship.

anyways
I think you should admit it to your boyfriend.. if he likes you, it shouldn't matter.
You shouldn't be embarrassed about it. I know you'll still feel embarrassed but just try not to.
I don't really know how to kiss myself. But i'm guessing all you need is experience.
