http://pootato.org/ it says on that site that its powered by wordpress.
how did they customize it so much, then? how would i make somethingl ike the top banner thing, where you can click different things like tutorials and it has a nice font? god i'm pretty stupiiiiiid. |

you'd have to go into the template and code your layout around the wordpress stuff. usually you do this in header.php footer.php sidebar.php and index.php

yeah you will have to change the CSS around in the "Stylesheet" part of the theme and then edit the sidebar main index template ect. like trish said.
