They both look pretty good. On the first one, I can see where you covered up part of the background (above her head, on the right).
There is something about both of them that just doesn't seem right, but I can't figure out what. Nice job, though.

something about the first one makes it look a bit too fake. but in general i think they're pretty good, esp if ur new to retouching
