Its ok girl.
Just let it all out

Though since this relates to family issues and such id like to move this to relationships so that the right people can see this.

Moved to relationships.

Diana, you messed up the bold tags in your post.

That's tough, but you'll get through it. How often will you be able to talk to these people? And how far away did your best friend move? Keep in touch with them as best you can, but learn that the people you love can't always stay with you. You need to learn how to live without them.

1. cry. crycrycry. NEVER EVER EVER hold it back-if you're in public, go to a restroom. if you hold back too much, it'll become permanent.
2. give yourself some time...just don't dwell too long.
3. keep in touch-if it gets hard, just chill for a few days and remember to CRY when you need to.
4. you'll eventually learn that life goes on-they'll always be there for you, but you can't depend on people that much.

Aw, sorry to hear about it. Basically the same thing happened to me, about the friend moving away. It was what, three months ago, and still I feel the need to kick and scream and cry every single day without him. Which IS everyday. I'm pretty sure he's moved on and living a new life, but I just can't. I understand how you feel completely. Just remember,
Never keep it in for too long. If you need to let it all out, let it all out. Try your best to keep in contact with him. You'll regret it if you don't, believe me.
Good luck with it all.

I hate to say it but Wreckless is right, you should also have other friends you can rely and depend on... female ones. You ARE female, right?

Unless you like him. Which you probably do, you just don't know it yet. I never get "platonic" relationships anyway.

I don't know, some times life sucks. The only thing you can do is move on. Don't forget about those people, just move on. My friend Alex moved away for two years. I rarely talked to him while he was in Arizona, but when he came back it was just like it had always been. I never forgot about him. We just resumed our friendship where we left off. We weren't worried about a thing.
