I love that video. I still play my DC more than I play my PS2. It is a disappointment.

i'm sad too. the timing of the dreamcast was a little off. If they delayed a little longer, they could have had better hardware, learned not to allow burned cds to play in dreamcast and the dreamcast would still be around. and owning the ps2.

And it also would have been better if it could have played DVDs, as well. That would have been standard if they would have delayed the launch, perhaps. Maybe.

Virtual on Oratorio tangram is a great game. I got the japanese version though, so I couldn't experience it fully. I couldn't do online play and didn't have one of those special controllers pinch.gif

Dreamcast was an amazing machine for it's time. It had so much potential but was overlooked. Still the best system to run Emulators.

A modded Xbox can play emulators, though I don't know if it's any good.

I'll quote one of my friends from IRC.

QUOTE
I was thinking of buying an xbox and soldering a chip to it, but, hell, I could just use the $200 and play on this computer.

Heh Very smart, but that's not the main reason I'm modding my Xbox.
