For the last couple days, i've had this thing around my text when i highlight it. It's as though there is a stroke outlining on my text. But if i deselect the layer then the outlining goes away and the text looks normal. Its not the font because the font is "impact". Does anybody know how to change it back to regular? Thanks

Please check the attached jpg for a view.

^ Please only post when it helps the user.

I'm still not quite sure what the problem is... could you explain it differently?
