Have you tried changing the levels/curves?
(Sorry if there is no such thing in psp, I have ps  )Also, use a sharpen filter.

I'm doing this by memory, so this might be a little off.. Try Effects > Photo Enhancements > Saturation Also if you can find a way to brighten the image and the contrast, that would accomplish what you want. |
