I ReSized An Pic In PantShop Pro But The Pic Is All Fuzzy! How Do U fix That?
Pic Size: 70x70 Need 2 be: 200x200

Resizing a pic and making it bigger is always going to make it more fuzzy, I dont think there is a way to resize it and make it look clear. Sorry.

It's always easier to make things smaller than it is to make them bigger. After you resize it just sharpen it and clarify it.

You can never, never increase the size of an image while retaining quality (unless it's a vector). You can try to fix it, but it won't help much, so I'm not even going to mention ways to improve the image quality. Because you can't.
