Lol no one on staff was online during the time except and me & Mona, and well you 4 of course XD
Honestly the only thing that happened in a quick summary since I'm so damn good at making them. 4 of our best mods stepped down; They got fed up with the mod bullshit The Josh idea got turned down and that was the last straw. They saved pages of backstage and aim convos with Suz. They put them all up on a webpage to show createblog They made their "tact" (so cute) stepping down posts backstage Spammed up the place! Moved a bazillion topics around and made createblog into a living hell. Now a ton of people are against Suz, because of her comments in which if you go to cbblast you can read the Suzy Q's. Oh and the other topics back there that can give you a somewhat impression of how staff is and why they stepped down. Viola! |

^What are you talking about? Mona is here to stay she said since Sammi Stepped down. I mean Mona is really good as an admin and I could see her doing it by her self if it ever came to that and until she found or thought someone was good enough for such a high position.
Maybe she would bring back some of the older admins =O Although I doubt anything happening soon to be honest guys. I think the staff team now is trying to build up from this and become a better staff team or something o_O and then after that we might have a hiring session or just pick and choose |

Hiring session = full of bias. Staff should be able to approach someone and ask if they would like to be staff. Yeah it might be a popularity contest, or something along those lines, but I mean if you're always kinda just there and never get noticed, what makes you think you'll get noticed on staff? You have to stand out in the first place, really.

Chicken and seafood are all I eat, but I'd feel bad calling myself a vegetarian...I eat a lot of chicken.
