So I was looking for info on solar eclipses just now (I thought it already occurred but it's going to happen on Sept. 11 this year) when I came across this photo. I don't why I find it so scary and I find outer space and astronomy really cool and interesting. My imagination runs wild and I see myself in outer space looking down at the view from there. Perhaps that's why. :x Damn you, brain. Though the black shadow is uber freaky.

Maybe it's just me?

Ahhh, this reminds me of sunday morning. Outer space and astronomy is definitely very neat, and incredible interesting. I love it.

That is pretty freaky looking though. The view from there would be so awesome. How amazing would it be to go up into space and look down on the earth? throb.gif

Hahahaha "Leaving on a jet plane" is playing right now, on shuffle XD.gif How crazy is that?

Alright Neil Diamond, enough of that, you crazy rhinestone-studded cowboy.

On subject, I've actually had nightmares of falling from space to Earth. I think most of my fears stem from the fact that gravity pulls orbiting objects into the atmosphere and eventually into a free-fall to the ground.

As awesome as that would be, I'd be a nervous wreck. I can't imagine how scared I would be.

Hahaha, cool. :P

Wow, and my nightmares were just from falling off a building or tree or something. Orly? What other fears do you have relating to this?

Yeah, I'm pretty sure I'd be freaking out. But it would be such an adrenaline rush

Wow, that pic is a little freaky but its not really a big fear of mine. I find it all amazing though how all that is just out there in space. Thinking about all that makes me feel so small though.

I like this one. It freaked me out at first:

The Hourglass Nebula

Outer space is so... mesmerizing.

Haha. Normally, my nightmares consist of me falling from space, and from that you could always deduce that my greatest fear must be of failing at a critical point (or at least falling from a position of great power).
