If you're mainly gonna be blogging, then I think you should go with LiveJournal.

i don't want to just blog.
i want to learn to make layouts.

which one is good on layouts and blogging?

i'm want the one that everyone prefers.

I think Xanga is the easiest for layouts (as well as myspace), but I personally like Livejournal better than Xanga and Blogger.

For layout making, I'd say to start off with Xanga and then LiveJournal.

start with xanga, then when you get the hang of it, start experimenting with livejournal. :]
(just my opinion, obviously.)

but they filled up xanga with alot of random,
confusing stuff that idk how to use

Xanga for layout making. That's what made me start making layouts/graphic design.

Livejournal is good for blogging, and the codes are a little harder than xanga.
