So there is a new kinda photo editor that is becoming famous for myspace users. Photofiltre. Its a free program that a lot of designers are now using instead of psp or photoshop. I use it myself. On my myspace site, I have a tutorials section for that program, and I would love to share them on here with others. So I suggest that CB make a section for Photofiltre tutorials. It would be a great help because there currently are not many places for myspace related photofiltre tutorials!

I've heard a lot of negative feedback about that program though. I have a feeling admin wont want to add a new section, but if you want i can bring it up backstage _smile.gif

I use it too. and i know A LOT. but theres still some things i want to know. So i would love some tutorials onit. Now simple ones like adding a background but more advanced ones like: is there a way to "squish" the letters together? you know? Well please do. it's the only thing i have right now.

I haven't seen that many people that use it to add a tutorial section for it. I mean I'd suggest adding one for gimp> that program. I don't even think we've had that many questions on it. If it becomes more popular and more questions are brought up here and you can tell that many users are using it then I'd be for it, but right now I really don't see much of the popularity you guys are seeing. If it becomes more evident here then I think we should but till then we don't need to add a section for every program that exists.

Not too sure why this was bumped. I don't think we need a section for this, though. If someone submit a tutorial for this program is can always just be filed under other.

photofiltre is an okay editor program but you need photofiltre studio in order for it even compare a little bit to photoshop. Also photofiltr is really easy to use so there shouldnt be a tutorials section for it because its a really wasy program and there arent many things that can be done with the free version of photofiltre:]

I think having a section for PF would be AWESOME! There are so many things to do on it but a lot of people don't know how and tutorials for it are quite hard to find.
It would be very helpful.

ps I use it too. =]

I don't think that there are enough people who actually use it that the administrators and such would want to add another section. The majority of designers use PSP or PS. I didn't even know Photofiltre existed until I saw this topic. shrug.gif But I think that if there's a high demand and tons of people who use it, I wouldn't mind.

And why was this bumped? mellow.gif

Photofiltre tutorials can fall under the "All Other Tutorials" catagory. I don't see a strong enough demand to merit anything beyond that.
