hrm, work on your blending a bit more so the outer edges of the girl doesn't look like it's obviously plastered on the background. don't use edges too soft or too hard.
and you have a thing for maria ozawa being yellow? i don't think that skin tone goes well with your red bg. |

This is good. But I really think you should stay away from making things look too monotone. Add some more colors.

I agree, the skin tone is too yellow. Was that from the original picture? Coloring parts of her body red also doesn't look good. A little too saturated too. =\
