Are you the kind of person who writes everything down?
As in, you can't really rely on your memory?

I write almost everything down.

I write down a lot of things, usually a list of ideas or things I need to do. The only problem is actually taking a look at the list and being motivated enough to do them. :P

YES. I have to write stuff down or I'll either forget or not remember all the details. I hate the feeling of not being able to remember something. It's like "AHH!! WHAT WAS IT?!"

i make lists for things i need to pack, if i travel (I remember things that I need to pack at random times) and usually when I have chores or things to do.
Doesn't hurt, makes some use of all the post it's i have.

I rarely ever make lists or write things down that I need to remember. Usually if I tell myself in my head, "Okay, remember this, remember this. Do not forget", then I'm good. I'm pretty good at keeping in mind what I need to do or if something important is coming up, as long as I tell myself to not forget.

Which also reminds me-
I used to write things on my hand all the time (yes, skin cancer, i know) so that I wouldn't forget, but I always ended up forgetting anyway.

Apparently, ink on/in your skin increases risk of skin cancer.

I tend to write most things down, either in my little planner, on my calender, on post-its, or just my hands.

Sometimes, but when I try to be all "Oh I don't need it", I usually just repeat it over and over in my head. Either that or I just write it as a memo on my sidekick.
