Congratulations to Robbi (robbotic) for winning SoTM July 2007! clap.gif

How it Works:
Members post on who they think has made the most impact on CB that month and deserves the title of Staff Member of the Month. Then, the votes will be tallied toe who wins! The members themselves vote on this, and any member who's not a part of the staff can vote. Staff can, however, suggest a mod they see deserving of the title.

Rules:
- You can vote for any type of staff member.
- You can only vote for one staff member.
- You can't vote for someone who's already won in the past 2 months.

I know its the beginning of the month but I already know my vote is probably going to be between Jane and Suzzette for this month. They seem to be the only ones that are sticking out to me at the time being.

Mentors can win?

If so I think it should be added to the rules to not cause confusion. Just say You can vote for Staff member or Mentor that hasn't won in the past 2 months or something.

I vote CreateSecret. *cough* Er, I'll go with Rebecca. She's around enough without being too overbearing, she doesn't take her "job" too seriously, and at the same time she doesn't see it as just a game. If we give the award for being agreeable, doing what you're supposed to be doing, and managing a little PR while you're at it, I think it should go to her.

I said the same thing last time there was a hiring, but PLEASE don't vote for someone who was JUST hired.

No particular offense to Spencer, but he was JUST modded. Same goes for all of the other newbies. At least give them some time to prove their mettle.

Yeah, it was decided that Mentors should fall into the 'SMOTM' barrel, as they fit in there somewhat better than in 'MOTM,' and it wasn't really fair that they weren't eligible for anything...
