Family Members/Sibling., Are you close Options

Anywayss,I know alot of people who hate their parents guts and like they dont have a close relationship with their parents,I wanted to know like are you guys close to your parents or like do you get along.
I would say Im close to mine,Even though at times they get on my nerves but I mean thats everyone!

I get along with my dad and his girlfriend soon to be wife..

My real mom on the other hand, I hate her...as much as any kid possibly could hate one of their parents. Shes whore, a manipulator, and well a bitch.

I'm decently close to my mom. We have our moments. Like, I can joke around with hear easily and call her a bitch, and she will call me one back, and at the same time. So she is pretty chill, but she has her moments. I'm not very close with my dad because he is pretty strict and we are both pretty stubborn so it conflicts. And for my brother, him and I get along pretty well. He is six years older than me, so he is mature enough to treat me as an adult and a sister.

My Mom and Sis and I are close. Because, well, we're all each other has. My dad was murdered when I was a little girl, so our family is really aware of reality, so we stick together.


It's really hard because if you can imagine, 3 strong, assertive women together in one house...

I'm hella close to my entire family, but it's not one of those closenesses where you spend inordinate amounts of time around them. Other than maybe 30 mins a day, I really don't see my family other than Sundays. I always know how best to deal w/ each family member though, and I'm the closest to each of my brothers in the family *flex*. Damn I'm good :D

Hmm. not anymore not really. after my brother went to iraq and served for 4 years i think it was, we all just kinda grew apart.

I grew up and just wanted my space from the excess "family love" bullshit.

Idk i felt like my family got fake. Like they pretended to love each other SO much in front of each other then when they went home they talked smack.

The only people im close to in my entire family are my cousins on my mom's side. They're all guys, and they're all older than me, and we all get along great. Those guys are my heroes, really...

My immediate family, well...I just kind of acknowledge their existance and go about my business without them, which seems to be working for everyone.

Me and my mom have lived together by ourselves this whole summer. My older brother and sister have moved out, and the younger one is with my dad.

My mom and I...when there are other people in the house: siblings, or my dad, she's different. She's all stressed out and sometimes she really makes me angry. But when it's just me and her..even though she occasionally pisses me off...we are cool.

Me and both my sisters don't really get along that well either. I'm okay with the older one, but me and my younger sister DEFINITELY get along better when we don't have to see each other every day.

Me and my brother get along very well.

Then there is my dad..
My dad really pisses me off a lot..He doesn't live with me, but it really pisses me off how he's so demanding but I remember when I was younger and I would ask him to pick me up from school because NO ONE was there to pick me up he would say, "I'm busy with my job". He wouldn't just say it. He would SCREAM at me like I was asking a stupid question.

What the f**k? How the f**k are you going to put your job over your f**king daughter? Especially when he basically had no job. He wasn't providing ANYTHING and that's why mom is so stressed out now. He caused a lot of problems. Just thinking about that pisses me off. I remember having to ask people for rides home all the time, and feeling so bad. Or having to walk home, when my school was no where close. And it was a REALLY bad neighborhood. And I could've been killed. I love my dad to death, but he was wrong for that shit and a lot of other stuff he's done.

Since he's not lived with me for about three years, our relationship has gotten better. I mean he still does some stuff that really pisses me off sometimes, but I'm older and I can deal with it more. I mean he has diabetes now and depends on other people a lot. I have had to drive him places, because sometimes his blood sugar is so low that he'll temporarily fall asleep while driving. I could easily dwell in all the shit he did to me in the past and be like helllllllll no, but he's still my dad.

mmm i'm pretty close to my mom. i talk to her about a lot of things only not in complete detail. she doesn't know it, but i've talked to her a lot about my boyfriend and what not. lol. :D and i tell her a lot of things. my aspirations, my dreams, and also things like what kind of guy i want to marry and what not. lol. :D it's just ehh. i feel like i can do that with my mommy. i'm not as close with my dad. umm we talk some what ish...mostly joking around about things like my future and the guy i want to marry and his future son in law. hahaha. mostly with my dad he's pretty serious though. he wants me to have a successful future and to marry someone special, not just anyone. soo i try hard not to disappoint him.
i'm pretty close with most of my brothers. mmmm yeah. i get along with my brothers more than i do with my only sister. actually my sister and i don't get along well at all. lol. the only reason we get along mildly now is because of my niece and nephew. lol :D but yeahhh. that's about it. haha :D
