Dangit, another problem..., Strange things have appeared... Options

With the code to hide the search bar, I was finally able to fix that error; however, another problem came up. After I placed that code in, my display name and the "about me" words re-appeared. I'm still new to this whole coding thing, so I don't know what to fix. This is what my profile looks like now with the problem.
