you probably just lightly color them in with the brush tool.

Ok. Let's start with this picture.
 It depends on how big your picture is, but I had my brush size at 5. Now change the blend mode to Hue (Legacy) and make the color black.  Then shade over the pupil. It should turn grayscale. Then change blend mode to Darken.  And blend back over the pupil to make it darker. The end result should look like this:  I hope this helped!! |
