How do I put a scrollable comment box in a specific div? |

Here is a picture of what my crappy myspace looks like right now.
 Does anyone know how to put a scrollable box with your comments in a div? I want it to go in the blank long div the right side in the above pic. I have a "add comment" link in the middle of my page. Does anyone know of if someone adds a comment will it show up a scrollable box in a div? Is this possible at all? Please help I've been searching google and trying to work on this now for 2 days!
