So I got really tired of my old, simple one that was red and white. I decided to use my new love for blue on this new layout. I'd appreciate it if you guys could critique it and stuff.
  Btw, the bottom links simply hover to a lighter tone.

i like the backgrounds and brushes also, however its a little too simple, but other wise, its nice.

Besides the fact that I would not suggest putting the text as part of the graphic, it's pretty good.

I love it! I really like the shade of blue you chose, and the vector is pretty nice. =]
But yeah, I sort of agree about the tape. But it doesn't look bad. |

it's really cute.
love the designa and the colors. the vector is sweeeeet. and the tape, background effects, etc is so nice. but i just wish that you had a working preview upppp |

You should have done more with the edges of the notecard thing because in the bottom left corner, it just looks like it was pasted in...I don't know how to describe it. You should have made the background of the "picture" a different color than the background of the layout because it kind of blends in. But everything else is great! Good job.
