^Yeahh, or Leg Throws ( I think that's what they're called, where you stand above someone lying down and they throw your legs to the ground and you stop them before they hit ). Also 6 Inches and flutter kicks maybe? I dno about that one though.

I hate the lower abs -.-

Try doing reach ups. It works the bottom half of the abs.

Gah, those are the WORST!!!

I think you need to run (burn fat) and tone them by lifting your entire legs. Try lying on your back and lifting up your legs about 6", then lift them up and down as much as you can while keeping your back on the floor and your arms relaxed (not helping you push your legs).

I just want to say, this is all based on genetics. You either have the genetics for an 8 pack... or you don't. Only way to work them out, is hanging situps and weighted leg lifts (you don't have to use weights if you feel uncomfortable), if you're a guy, use weights.

You can't keep running from what you're trying to find.

You do the "opposite" of crunches. Lie on your back, arms to your sides, and put your legs up to about a 90 degree angle. Lift your legs and butt up and down.

I do cross country, but how would running help the lower abs?

Legs lifts are killer but yeah, those work if you want to flatten out the area below your belly button.

One of my friends has abs. She does gymnastics.

I've never seen a guy with an 8 pack. Unless you count Gackt, but I've only seen him in pictures sad.gif

8 packs are mad nasty, I suggest leg lifts, or...
lie on your stomach right, arms and legs stetched out, lift your right arm and left leg and hold for about 8 seconds, then swtich to your left arm and right leg and hold for 8 seconds, this targets the lower abs too.

Haha I mean in real life. Oh gosh those guys from 300 were ripped blink.gif but I mostly saw 6 packs.

I looked up lower abs on google. There are a lot of different excersizes you can do. Google search it =]

I'm not quite sure what these are called, but we do them in dance and they work.

Lie on your back like you would for a regular crunch. Lift both legs in the air, one at 90 degrees and one about 45 degrees. Now do crunches. It KILLS.
