what other sites should we support?

ill be adding hi5 soon, and wondering if you guys might have any input on supporting other sites. two that come to mind is bebo and friendster. but these seem awefully limited when it comes to customizing....

I remember back when people would talk about vampirefreaks, but I don't know who comes to this site that uses VF. shrug.gif Guess we'll have to wait and see.

hmm thats interesting because since cb4, we've never had so many layouts submitted each day. i guess throughout each new cb release, we've been slowly moved away from the forums, making it appear that the community is dwindling. =(

I use vf and I can make vf layouts, Add it, you would never know.

Facebook (although you can't really customize much there yet right?), Friendster, bebo and Vampire Freaks. True, VF doesn't seem to have much of a fanbase, but why not, right? Like Thomas said, the more the merrier, when possible.

hmmm.

the problem is, customizable sites like xanga and myspace as a whole are going down.

I think right now it's more important to focus on web development tools.

i added support for hi5 and friendster. bebo has their own layouts repository built into their website, and they werent very customizable so i decided not to include them. im going to make a sample div layout for both hi5 and friendster so that you guys have an idea how to make them. in the mean time, if you have friends who know how to make layouts for them, please encourage them to submit to createblog! if you have an account of these two accounts and have some free time, please go through a html or layour group within these sites and message people about createblog! =)

ill make an announcement later this week. =)

The only popular one I can think of is Facebook, which (thank God) isn't very customizable via HTML or CSS.

Doubtful if micron will still check this, but though I don't know how to use it, I think CuteNews is a viable option. I'm sure it isn't any less used than hi5 and/or Friendster, AND it's a blog publishing/news management system.
