i used to just showcase my art at 100%, but sometimes that's too small to show the details, so i end up cropping some closeups on the side.
it's way easier showing art on a flash design 'cause then you could have the user option of zooming in. but for those who don't work with flash, how big do you show your art? 100% 200% 300%? i'm asking 'cause i'm trying to decide whether i should continue showing closeups of some work, or if i should just leave it at 100%... i mean do people really care about the details that much anyway? (personally, i do, that's why it's very much appreciated when folks include closeups or the option to zoom in). |

The ones that usually look for detail are usually the ones that have been designing for a while and like to see a little detail in artwork. Me personally, I do look for detail so I would make the showcasing larger than 100%.
