Myspace Default, Spacing issue

Can anyone tell me a code to control the space between the 2 main columns in the default layouts? I've tried several margin codes but some of them screwed with some of the alignments of the tables.

I'm not sure if this will work cause I'm having some trouble with the same thing, but try this:
