^Try not to double post.
---------------------------------
Move the image down using css and that should work. Try this:

CODE
<style type="text/css">
img{
margin-top: 0px;
}
</style>

Edit the bolded part that says 0px. Change the zero to numbers to move it up or down. Try negative numbers or positive numbers. Just play around with it and see what happens.

Eh. I'm kinda new at.. being a member of CB.. so.. Heh.
But anyway...
I'm getting the same problem.
stubborn.gif
The ad's covering the background I made...
And after pasting that code into the ... code.... blink.gif
It's still not working...

Is the code supposed to be pasted somewhere... specifically?
Eh, I'm not making sense.. T_T

But yeah.
Um, I don't know where EXACTLY to paste it...
So yeaa..
A little help, please? ^^

^You just paste it in the INPUT HEADER HTML box, and you can't just paste the code in there and expect it to work, you have to do trial and error by playing with the numbers until you get it in the right spot, plus the code I gave you only moves the image up or down unless you add margin-left, but in this case you wouldn't need that. So just replace the zero with a different number and keep increasing the number until you get the image to where it needs to be (or until the advertisement is visible). Oh, and by the way hiding the ad is sort of like removing the ad, because you can't see it, and it could possibly get your xanga account deleted.

there's no way to move your background down.
everybody (ok, MOST.) deals with this. it's a pain in the arse, i know, but you can't change it.

^ Yes there is a way to move your background down if you don't use the normal "look and feel" section that deals with backgrounds.

Are you familiar with DIV layers? That's how you could move your background down.
