I guess that's true. But how many people can really say they are a goddess? Pretty rare. And she probably benefited from it somehow... in at least one way, haha.

Those kids actually have no say on whether they want to be a kumari or not.
They're picked by the government along with other girls. They have to pass a test before they can become a kumari. They essentially don't have childhoods. I saw a show on them once. It sucks her title is stripped, but it must've been a misunderstanding. |

She was probably gonna lose the title in a couple years anyways. They say they keep them until their first menstruation. Since she was ten, I guess she'd start in a couple years.
