to someone locked up in jail?

For me, no. Even though I should considering that a bunch of them are also family, I haven't whatsoever. Closest thing was me at my aunt's house and talking to my uncle on the phone when he called out. As cold and selfish as it may sound, I just can't do it.

I have lots of times, members of my family were in jail, and I wrote both of them on holidays and stuff. Then there was this old friend of my mom's I didn't write him a letter I just wrote a little paragraph in hers saying "Hi, nice to meet you" etc since he called often to speak to my mom.

I personally haven't. But my friend would write letters to people she visited in jail. I think it's a nice way to make the person feel better in his/her situation.

I haven't but my dad written to his brother a lot and also sent him money. I rather call them or they call me even though it cost money for collet call. My brother went to jail for something small and he called all day
