Yea, been tweaking for ages and now I'd like some of you to look at my source and suggest anything that could give me cleaner markup, if there is such a thing when working with myspace...

<p>Aloha, I'm Paul. I live in the charming stabbing capital of Europe, namely Glasgow. I'm an open minded 20 year old guy who's always up for a laugh. I grew up in the highlands of Scotland and relocated to this cesspool in 2002. Despite all my vices I do like to keep fit; I skateboard, generally work out and I'm an avid <a href="http://www.google.co.uk/" title="Gooooooogle">parkour</a> traceur.

<p>I'm a volunteer at <a href="http://www.sircharity.org/" title="SIR website">Scottish International Relief</a>. We take all sorts of donations from all over the country, we ship off the useful items to countries that really need them, mainly in Africa and eastern Europe. Merchandise that isn't practical to ship is instead sold at our shops.</p>

<p>I'm hoping to take volunteering further next year by travelling to Peru and helping out disadvantaged villages by teaching english, helping out at orphanages, hospitals and clinics or building schools, toilet blocks and medical centres etc.</p>

<p>When I'm not defying gravity I'm usually either getting trollied or staring at a screen, I'm a keen web and graphic coder/designer as well as an alcoholic, who said men can't multi-task? Eem, I'm an athiest, I don't like football, love film, music, festivals, gigs, gaming, technology etc etc. Those chilled out tunes that you should be hearing right now is ten tracks from the Zero 7 album Simple Things, a far cry from my usual deep down dirty underground house but these are <b>the</b> chillout/sleepin tunes.</p>

ok so lets see...

it is overall a good layout.
however. your view all comments don't work. (i lied)
im not really fond of the image you chose.
i donno i just think theres a more creative
way of showing yourself off. lastly i think
the white on the music player should be a beige
to tie it in a little better. Even though this
stuff sounds bitter believe it or not i really
do like the layout!I Just want you to make the

Thankyou for your feedback, the image is from my early photoshop days and is not so high resolution, will be looking to replace it soon.
Probably a good idea changing the mp3 player to beige, I'll try that sometime soon.

EDIT: I should probably say the image is me not just some random guy!! I don't have a tattoo though :P

It took sooooo long getting Firefox and Internet Explorer to behave the same, I hate IE with a passion but I like to promote accessibility even more. But seriously, it does suck.

This was all hand coded, I'd still like some people to review my HTML/CSS and make any suggestions they can to clean up the markup while staying cross browser compatible.

Yes I did use one of those as a very loose template because I liked the minimal style and <ul> but have you people actually looked at the code in comparison, it's completely unrecognisable. I genuinely was going to mention that 5thirtyone dude but I couldn't for the life of me remember it's/his/her name.

So if any actual coders would like to have a look so I can clean up the markup then please do.

I did look your code and compared it to mine and was able to recognize it quickly. You've only changed a few things around. But as long as you acknowledge the creator of the design it's all good.

ok, fair play but still, you people are so quick to judge. I know how shit it is when people rip from your work and take credit and I've jarred many a "noob" for doing so but only if they obviously took credit for someone elses work. Personally I see this as my own work but obviously I acknowledge 5thirtyone for making the original.

Now this has turned into some sort of damn credits debate rather than people commenting on the actual profile...

If it really makes you feel better, only comment on completely original code although you may be hard pressed to find any as the internet has been around for some time already...waste of time.

I don't piss on anyone's work. Like I said, I've seen many layouts using this template and besides the few modifications you've done (which are nice) it doesn't stray much from the original, no offense.

When you mentioned the layout was "hand coded" that's when I wanted to make sure you were willing to acknowledge to original creator (or even knew who the original creator was). Because we all know, this is the internet and people jock things and lie about how they "hand coded" something all the time. Not saying you're a liar or a jocker, but moreso getting you to understand where I'm coming from with my questioning. Didn't mean to offend you.
