Any idea what effects were used on this pic?, i've been trying to duplicate the coloring, but failing |

 I've been trying to duplicate it I use corel paint shop pro 11, anyone have any ideas on how to create a similiar effect with that program? |

Lowered the saturation.
Set a light blue color to "Color Burn". Set a dark navy blue color on exclusion, in order to get the yellow look. Yeah, i'm sure they did more but that's all I got from just looking @ the picture. |
